Spankd is here at Chelmsford Crown Court for a hearing for Jon Sheller, the serial fraudster we have written about in the past. See our last article about him here.
Sheller was listed to appear in front of His Honour Judge Walker in court two around noon. However, due to some clerical error, Sheller has managed to wriggle out of this today, only to be ordered to show up on the 17th of March.
The details extracted from the court did offer some insight into Shellers plight and would explain why he is trying to avoid appearing in court at all costs.
When he does return Sheller will be facing off against Essex Probation Services for a breach of his probationary terms, which as I understand it is a new offence of “Making a false representation to make gain for self/another or cause loss to other/expose other to risk”. That’s a bit of a mouthful, but from what I understand from the court staff this relates to a new fraud charge involving Sheller and a car, very similar to his previous conviction where he lures women in through dating sites and then defrauds them.
The 17th March isnt a long way off and from what I understand the hearing is going to be an absolute doozy.
The final nail in the coffin
Another disapointment on the day was that the Gashington Posts star reporter was due to turn up today, but was also a blow out because his best shell suit was in the wash.
I cant handle all this disapointment. Is it beer o clock yet?

It’s fact based. Sheller is a convicted con who is back in front of a judge later this month.
