I am puzzled. Shamima Begum wants to return to Britain. Can we boil this down to a simple issue? She backed the wrong side (always the losing side) in a war. She wants what Camus termed a “special pleading”. Faced with life in a P.O.W camp or TV shows in London she opted for a boob tube and shorts.
I am not Islamophobic but don’t wish to see Begum return. There is a woke BBC/MSM effort to make us pity the poor school girl who bunked off double Maths to tote arms for Al Qu’eda.
